Synergym is a gym chain with two clubs in Alicante, in the Benalúa and La Florida districts, and more across the province, including San Vicente, Elche and Benidorm. According to the chain's website, its Alicante clubs are divided into five training zones: STAMINA (cardio), POWER (free weights and strength), AGILITY (group classes), SPEED (indoor cycling) and CROSS (high-intensity training). Group classes include pilates, cross, zumba and synercycling, and the chain's app is used to book classes, enter the club and follow training plans. Memberships come with no lock-in contract, and a premium option gives access to clubs all over Spain. Visitors to the Benalúa club praise the variety of group classes and the helpful staff, although individual reviews mention crowding and machines that take a long time to be repaired.
