LIFE Hot Yoga is a hot yoga centre in the Playa de San Juan district of Alicante, open since 2016. Its main 60 m² room is heated to 42°C with 40% humidity, and a 100 m² outdoor area is used for non-heated classes. The timetable includes Bikram Yoga, Hot Vinyasa, Power Hot Pilates, Vinyasa, Yoga Flow and Fly Yoga (aerial), plus hypopressive sessions, HIIT functional training and personal training. Classes are taught in Spanish, but one review says they are easy to follow even for beginners. Visitors praise the attentive, welcoming staff and teachers, and one also mentions the clean studio and the properly heated room.
Newcomers can get a 7-day trial pass covering all activities. According to one review, the studio is close to tram stops and parking is easy.
