A small gastrobar near the old town and one of the highest-rated in Calpe. It was opened by two founders — a bartender and a chef — who describe their cooking as fusion: Spanish tapas reworked in a gourmet style. Go for the tasting menu of six tapas and a dessert — creative tapas, superb octopus and staff who explain every dish; a vegan version is available too. The menu includes salmon tataki and Iberian pork cheeks, the bar serves signature cocktails, and reviews also mention the beef ribs and the homemade vermouth. Seating is limited, and one reviewer complains about the noise.
